live the difference offers one-on-one life coaching face to face or by phone, and, on request, workshops and group trainings. Packages of 3, 6 and 12 coaching sessions are available and all include regular email support.
As I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner/Trainer, NLP can be included as part of your coaching if appropriate.
Areas of focus for clients often include career/business, health, finances, relationships with others and self, motivation, change, and even spiritual interests.
I am a "wide-spectrum" coach in that I have clients from many backgrounds and with varied goals and issues; having said that, live the difference would be an excellent first stop for those who have a health/holistic interest, or who are looking for a coach who combines great results with a light hype-free touch.
