Janet is one of the founders of Mentor Maestro, an organisation established to provide parents with realistic, achieveable strategies, tools and techniques to assist them to develop or enhance their parenting skills.
Mentor Maestro provides parenting courses, workshops, seminars and individual coaching to help those with children in their lives to create the well-functioning family or relationship that you would love to have.
Janet is also one of the founders of Parenting Your Way - a revolutionary new parenting program based on proven psychological priciples which have been widely used in the fields of business management and communication to help individuals to better understand their personal management and communications style and preferences.
This program has been developed in consultation with practicing psychologists to assist parents and carers to understand how they, and their parenting partner go about achieving their family goals and communicate with their children.
Janet is the mother of three grown up children and has worked in the childcare industry for a number of years. She has a certificate three in Childrens Services and is a qualified Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor. Janet has has a Working with Children Card.
Janet writes articles on parenting strategies and is available for speaking engagements for kindergartens, play-groups, community houses, child-care centres, schools, clubs, parent groups, and grandparent groups.
