NETWORKING WORLD GROUPS AND EVENTS WEBSITE LISTING GUIDELINES
Networking Groups and other organisations providing business networking opportunities are able to:
• list their organisation in the directory of Networking Organisations
• list their events in the Calendar of Networking Events
All group and event listings are subject to approval.
TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
Networking Groups are defined as any private or government organisation providing business networking opportunities to small business owners and entrepreneurs in Australia. Networking Groups may fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Traders Groups and Chambers of Commerce
- General business networking organisations
- Government and Council organizations
- Industry and professional organisations
- Community Service Networks
- Online networks
- Women’s networks
- University Alumni Associations
Networking Events include all events (both live and online) run by those organisations which fall into one of the categories listed above AND business education events run by either government or private organisations providing business education and/or business information of value to Australian Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. Eligible events may fall into one of more of the following categories:
- Business Networking
- Women’s Business Networking
- Business Education/information
- Professional development
- Community Service Event for business owners and entrepreneurs
**Organisations which are not eligible for listing in the Directory of Networking Groups may still be eligible to list their events in the Calendar of Events as long as they fit the definition of “providing business education and/or business information of value to Australian Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs”.
